Summary

This study looked at whether combining pain education with physical therapy, cognitive behavioral techniques, and healthy lifestyle advice works better than pain education alone for chronic low back pain. 60 adults with pain lasting at least 6 months took part. The goal was to see if this multi-modal approach could reduce pain intensity and improve resilience.
