First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study looks at how mucus plugs in the lungs of people with severe asthma affect their breathing. Researchers will use special MRI scans to see which parts of the lung are blocked. They will also check if a new medicine (biologic therapy) helps improve airflow after 4 and 12 weeks. Only 5 adults with severe asthma will take part.
