Summary
This study is testing a new blood test to diagnose mucormycosis, a serious fungal infection that can be deadly if not treated quickly. Researchers will measure a specific sugar molecule from the fungus in blood samples from 100 people, including those with the infection and those at high risk. The goal is to see if this test can help doctors start the right treatment faster.
