Summary
This study tests a new drug, MT200605, in 360 people who had a stroke within the last 24 hours. The drug aims to protect brain cells and reduce damage. Participants receive either a low, medium, or high dose of the drug or a placebo, along with standard care. The main goal is to see if more people can recover to near-normal function after 3 months.
