Summary
This study looked at how a new drug called MT-8554 changes the way the body processes two common cholesterol-lowering medicines, simvastatin and rosuvastatin. Twenty-eight healthy adult men took part to measure drug levels and check for side effects. The goal was to see if MT-8554 affects how these statins work, which helps doctors prescribe them safely together.
