Summary
This was an early-stage study to check the safety and see how the body processes a new drug called MT-6345. It involved 52 healthy volunteers who received either the drug or a placebo. The main goal was to see what side effects occurred and measure how the drug moved through and was eliminated from the body. The study was terminated before completion.
