Mind over MS: can thinking about movement improve walking?
NCT ID NCT05377476
Summary
This study tested whether adding two mental training techniques—imagining movements and watching videos of movements—to standard physical therapy could help people with multiple sclerosis. Researchers worked with 48 adults with MS to see if these methods improved how far they could walk, reduced their fatigue, and helped with balance and trunk control. The goal was to find new ways to manage common MS symptoms that affect daily life.
