First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study looks at two ways to treat multiple sclerosis (MS) in people who were diagnosed after age 50. One group starts with a moderate-strength medication, while the other starts with a stronger one. Researchers want to see which approach better prevents MS relapses and what factors affect treatment success or side effects. About 830 participants will be followed over time.
