Summary

This study tested whether a lifestyle program and a mind-body brain retraining program could help people with multiple sclerosis feel better. 132 participants were split into groups to try these programs or stay on a waitlist. The goal was to see if these approaches could reduce fatigue, pain, and improve quality of life beyond usual care.
