Summary
This study is testing a smartphone app called MS Falls Insight Track (MS FIT) that helps people with multiple sclerosis log their falls and near-falls, view their health data, and share it with their care team. The goal is to see if using the app can help patients and doctors work together to prevent falls. About 100 adults with MS who are at risk of falling will use the app for one year.
