New program trains doctors to tackle weight management

Summary
This study aims to improve how medical residents learn to counsel patients about weight management. Researchers will compare a new multi-modal training program to a standard course. 630 first-year residents will participate over 18 months, with their counseling skills assessed through video simulations and surveys.
