Can a new training program make doctors better at weight counseling?

Summary
This study looks at whether a special training program can help medical residents (doctors in training) improve their skills in counseling patients about weight management. About 630 residents will be split into two groups: one gets the new program with sessions and email modules, the other gets a standard course. Their counseling skills will be tested over 18 months to see which approach works better.
