Summary

This early-stage study tested the safety and dosing of an experimental drug called MRTX0902, both alone and combined with another drug (adagrasib), in people with advanced solid tumors that have specific genetic mutations in the KRAS pathway. The trial enrolled 64 participants with cancers like non-small cell lung cancer and colorectal cancer for whom standard treatments were no longer working. The main goal was to find a safe dose and understand how the body processes the drug, not to cure the cancer.
