Summary
This study aimed to see if a kit containing povidone-iodine gel, soap, and mouthwash could remove MRSA bacteria from the nose, body, and mouth of hospitalized patients. Only one person took part before the study was stopped early. The main goal was to check if the nose was clear of MRSA 6 hours after using the kit.
