Summary
This study aims to better understand how stress fractures in the lower back heal in adolescents and young adults. Researchers will use a series of MRI scans over 12 months to watch the bone healing process. The goal is to gather information that could help doctors decide when it's safe for patients to return to sports and normal activities.
