Summary

This study tests whether using MRI scans during radiation therapy can help doctors adjust the treatment to improve results for people with locally advanced rectal cancer. About 20 participants will receive chemoradiation that is adapted based on MRI images. The goal is to see if this approach is feasible and leads to a complete disappearance of the tumor.
