MRI may sharpen surgery decisions for Liver-Only colorectal cancer spread

Summary
This study is for people with colorectal cancer that has spread only to the liver. Researchers want to see if using MRI scans can help doctors better decide who should have surgery to remove liver tumors. About 100 adults will take part, and the study will track how often surgery plans change based on MRI results.
