Can scans and blood tests warn of brain fog from radiation?

NCT ID NCT05087888

Summary

This study aims to find out if repeated MRI brain scans and blood tests can predict changes in memory and thinking skills that sometimes happen after radiation treatment for brain tumors. Researchers will follow 9 adult patients receiving brain radiation, tracking their scans, blood markers, and thinking tests over two years. The goal is to find early warning signs so doctors can better monitor patients and potentially adjust care.
