Blood test may help decide who needs more therapy after lung cancer treatment

Summary
This study is for people with limited-stage small cell lung cancer whose disease is under control after chemoradiation. Researchers will use a blood test (MRD) to find patients with leftover cancer cells. Those patients will then receive a combination of immunotherapy and anti-angiogenic drugs to try to clear the remaining cancer and prevent it from coming back.
