Summary

This study tested a new way to treat advanced lung cancer (stages IIB to IIIC) that cannot be removed by surgery. It combined MRI-guided radiation with chemotherapy and an immunotherapy drug called durvalumab. The goal was to see if this approach is safe and helps control the cancer. 26 people took part in the study.
