Summary
This study tests a new drug called MPB-1734 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 81 people will take part in two phases: first to determine the best dose, then to test it in specific tumor types.
