Summary
This study tests a new drug called MPB-1734 in adults with advanced solid tumors that no longer respond to standard treatments. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. The trial has two parts: first, finding the right dose in a small group, then testing that dose in up to 15 people per tumor type.
