New combo therapy aims to fight tough lung cancer

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, monalizumab and durvalumab, along with standard chemotherapy, for people with small cell lung cancer. The goal is to see if this mix helps keep the cancer from growing longer. About 84 adults with either extensive-stage or limited-stage disease will take part.
