Knee surgery prep: new behavioral program aims to ease anxiety

Summary
This study tests a behavioral program called Moving Well for people waiting for knee replacement surgery. The goal is to see if it can reduce anxiety and depression compared to a standard support program. About 79 adults aged 50 and older are taking part, all scheduled for surgery at least 8 weeks out.
