Summary
This study looks at whether a new program designed to increase physical activity and joy of movement in Danish kindergartens is practical and well-liked by staff and leaders. About 100 kindergarten teachers and leaders will try the 10-week program, which includes training, materials, and activity ideas. Researchers will use interviews and surveys to see if the program works in real life and how to improve it for future larger studies.
