Summary
This study is testing a new therapy for very preterm babies who show stiff or cramped movements. The therapy involves gently guiding the baby's limbs through smoother, more natural movements, with parents learning to continue the therapy at home. Researchers want to see if this early intervention improves the babies' motor skills and brain development by age two, potentially reducing the risk of conditions like cerebral palsy.
