Summary
This study tested whether a home-based exercise program could improve physical fitness, reduce fatigue, and enhance quality of life for 36 breast cancer patients in Indonesia. Participants did supervised aerobic and resistance training at home for 12 weeks. The goal was to see if this approach is practical and beneficial in a real-world setting.
