Summary

This study tests a new combination of mental imagery (thinking about moving) and balance exercises for people with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis. The goal is to see if this approach improves balance, thinking skills, and quality of life. The trial will enroll 30 adults aged 18-45 with mild MS and mild balance or dizziness issues.
