First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests whether a single session of motor imagery exercises—mentally practicing movements without actually moving—can reduce pain and improve body awareness in pregnant people with low back or pelvic pain. Forty participants between 12 and 40 weeks of pregnancy will be recruited. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free technique offers quick relief.
