NCT ID NCT07237724
First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding a simple mental technique—watching short videos of movements—to standard core exercises can help people with long-term low back pain feel better. About 42 adults with non-specific low back pain will either do core exercises alone or combine them with action observation therapy. Researchers will measure pain, daily function, endurance, fear of movement, and sleep quality over six weeks.
