Summary
This study looks at whether a special 16-week exercise program can improve both brain function and motor skills in preschool children aged 4 to 6. About 110 kids from kindergartens in Changsha, China, will take part. One group will do playful, motor-focused activities like running and catching, while the other group does regular physical education. Researchers will measure changes in movement skills and brain activity using portable EEG to see how exercise affects child development.
