First seen May 23, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tests whether four weekly motivational interviewing sessions can help postmenopausal women let go of common myths about menopause and find personal growth in the experience. About 96 women who had their last period 12 to 36 months ago will be randomly assigned to either the talking sessions or usual care. Researchers will measure changes using standard questionnaires before and after the program.
