First seen May 23, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looks at whether four weekly motivational interviewing sessions can reduce menopause myths and help postmenopausal women experience personal growth. 96 women who had their last period 12 to 36 months ago will take part. Half will get the talking sessions, and half will get usual care. The results will show if this simple approach can change how women view menopause.
