Summary
This study looked at whether mother-friendly hospital practices—like avoiding unnecessary medical interventions and supporting natural birth—help mothers and babies. 281 healthy pregnant women took part. The results showed that these practices reduced labor pain and made mothers more satisfied with their care, while also improving outcomes for newborns.
