Promising new therapy aims to control follicular lymphoma without chemo

Summary
This study tests whether the drug mosunetuzumab, given alone or with zanubrutinib, can effectively treat people who have just been diagnosed with follicular lymphoma and need therapy. About 152 adults with stage II to IV lymphoma will receive the treatment to see if it causes the cancer to disappear completely. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it, as ongoing management may still be needed.
