Summary
This study looks at whether drinking water each morning can help reduce fatigue and improve daily productivity. One hundred healthy adults will track their energy levels and receive personalized feedback on how their morning hydration affects them. People with certain health conditions like kidney issues or fluid restrictions cannot participate.
