Summary
This study aims to understand 'Moral Injury'—the distress healthcare workers feel when they cannot provide the care they believe is right due to system constraints. Researchers will survey over 3,000 French healthcare professionals to measure this issue and identify its main causes. The goal is to gather evidence to help create better workplace policies and support systems for healthcare staff.
