New monkeypox vaccine JT118 enters first human trial

Summary
This study tests a new vaccine called JT118 to see if it is safe and helps the body fight monkeypox. About 180 healthy adults aged 18 to 59 will receive either the vaccine or a placebo. Researchers will check for side effects and measure immune responses over 12 months.
