Personalized drug tapering could cut flare risk for arthritis patients

Summary
This study tests a personalized approach to slowly reduce the dose of a biologic drug (adalimumab) for adults with stable rheumatoid arthritis. The goal is to find the best blood level of the drug before each dose reduction to lower the chance of a flare-up. 180 participants in remission or with low disease activity will be followed to see if this tailored strategy works better than standard care.
