Summary

This study tests a new program called MOMI PODS, designed to help new mothers with heart or mental health conditions after pregnancy. About 384 mother-baby pairs will be split into two groups: one gets the new program, the other gets standard care. The goal is to see if the program improves overall health, including heart health and mood, over the first year after birth.
