Summary
This study tests two FDA-approved drugs, momelotinib and ruxolitinib, in people with myelofibrosis who also have low blood cell counts. The main goal is to see which drug works better at shrinking an enlarged spleen and reducing the need for blood transfusions. About 268 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments, and results will be checked after 24 weeks.
