Summary
This study tests a drug called momelotinib in 192 adults with VEXAS syndrome, a rare genetic condition causing severe inflammation. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it can control the disease. The goal is to measure how many people achieve a complete or partial response after 26 weeks.
