First seen Mar 15, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study aimed to see if a special PET/CT scan could better predict which patients with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer would benefit from immunotherapy, compared to the standard biopsy method. Only 3 participants were enrolled before the study was stopped early. The approach was non-invasive and looked at PD-L1 markers throughout the whole body.
