Summary
This study tested a mind-body program called Amygdala Insula Retraining (AIR) for people with mold illness. 134 adults with confirmed mold illness or under treatment joined. The program aimed to reduce fatigue and improve overall wellness using brain retraining techniques and wearable devices to track heart rate.
