First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new type of CAR T cell therapy for people with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to treatment. The therapy uses immune cells engineered to recognize and attack myeloma cells, either targeting BCMA alone or both BCMA and CD19. The main goals are to check if the treatment is safe and if the cells can be successfully made for each patient. About 27 adults who have tried at least three prior treatments will take part.
