New stroke score could save lives by spotting High-Risk patients early

Summary

This study looks at whether a tool called the Modified SOAR score can help doctors predict which stroke patients are at highest risk of dying soon after they are admitted to the hospital. Researchers will follow 60 adults with acute stroke for the first 7 days of their stay. The goal is to improve how doctors quickly identify and manage the most vulnerable patients.
