Summary
This study is testing a modified salmonella bacteria (SGN1) designed to grow inside tumors and cut off their food supply, potentially shrinking or slowing them. It is for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. The trial will first check safety and then look at how well the bacteria works against the cancer.
