New hope for lymphoma patients: two drug regimens face off in clinical trial

Summary

This study tests two different chemotherapy combinations in 70 adults whose diffuse large B-cell lymphoma has returned more than a year after initial treatment. Participants will receive either the modified R-MINE regimen or the R-GemOx regimen for four 3-week cycles. The goal is to see which treatment better controls the cancer and improves survival, while monitoring side effects.
