Summary
This study tested a special training program that combines watching movements, imagining movements, and doing gentle exercises to help stroke survivors improve arm function. 46 people who had a stroke within the past 1 to 6 months took part. The goal was to see if this approach could make daily activities easier and improve quality of life.
