New combo therapy aims to supercharge immune cells against hard-to-treat melanoma

Summary
This study tests a new drug (IOV-3001) that boosts the immune system, given together with a personalized cell therapy (lifileucel) in people with advanced melanoma that has stopped responding to standard treatments. About 42 adults with unresectable or metastatic melanoma will take part. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose, while also measuring how the drug works in the body.
